Therapy

I draw upon a variety of evidence based techniques from various disciplines including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).

  • Grief/bereavement;
