Therapy

I draw upon a variety of evidence based techniques from various disciplines including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). 

 

Areas I can help with (but not limited to);

  • Anxiety disorders (e.g. phobias, panic, social, generalised);

  • Post Traumatic Stress;

  • Depression;

  • Pain management;

  • Grief/bereavement;

  • Sudden or traumatic loss;

  • Self awareness, self care and personal growth;

  • Mental health conditions arising from work place stress, trauma or physical injury (Workers Compensation); and

  • Adjustment issues.
