FEES
I charge $190 for a standard 50 minute therapy session. This is not a bulk billing service and payment is due at the time of the appointment. If you have a Medicare card and valid referral from your GP you may be eligible for rebate from Medicare of $96.65. It is your responsibility to ensure your referral is valid and referrals are valid 12 months from date of issue. Alternatively, you may be eligible for a rebate from your private health provider, please check with them directly on your eligibility.
Payments & Rebates
Payments
Payment is due at the time of the session and payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or credit card (credit card carries a surcharge). There are no EFTPOS facilities on site.
Medicare Rebates
I can process your Medicare rebate after payment is made and the rebate will be deposited by Medicare directly into your nominated bank account within 1-2 working days.
Private Health
If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate through your provider. Please check with your health fund to confirm whether your level of cover includes psychological services and if there are any conditions prior to claiming.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is designed to ensure that all clients are able to receive timely care. I kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you may be a charge the full fee for the appointment.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness or emergency, there is no charge. I want to ensure that all my clients are able to receive the care they need, and if an appointment is cancelled with enough notice I am able to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.

Clients who do not show to an appointment may be asked to prepay before their next scheduled appointment. If the client does not show after that, they will not be refunded for the appointment.
I kindly ask that you respect these policies and contact me as soon as possible if you cannot make an appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
