Fees & Rebates

Please note this is not a bulk billing service and sessions will incur an out of pocket fee. I charge $170 for a standard 50-minute session. You do not require a referral to see me however a Medicare rebate of $89.65 may be available if you have been referred by your Doctor under a mental health care plan (MHCP). 

 

You may also be able to claim a rebate from your private health provider, please contact your health fund to find out if you are covered for Psychological services. 

 

Payment is required at the time of each session and can be paid via credit card, EFT or cash.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

When you make an appointment that time is reserved exclusively for you, if you need to reschedule your appointment please call or email me as soon as possible. Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, 24 hours notice is appreciated when rescheduling.

 

A courtesy SMS and email reminder will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please advise as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment to someone else who may need it. Since I turn away other people to hold your appointment, any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of your session. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours due to illness or emergency, I am happy to reschedule your appointment and waive the fee.

 

Please note that no shows and repeat late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of your session.
